Bishop Ron Ferris serves as Assisting Bishop for the Anglican Diocese of Canada. He is also a founding member of the College of Bishops of the Anglican Church in North America. He has served as a sessional lecturer in the Anglican Studies Program at Regent College Vancouver. Most recently he has concluded 8 years planting
Church of the Ascension, an Anglican parish in Langley B.C. Prior to that he served 28 years as a Diocesan Bishop in the Yukon and Algoma. He and his wife Jan have 6 grown children, 7 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
