Mortgages Available for ANiC Churches!

Geoff+ Chapman at St. Thomas Mission at UBC Vancouver recently made this statement - "In an age of growing secularism, there is an importance to sacred space."  Parishes are sometimes seeking sacred space and feel that it is beyond them.
Our Bishops recently entered into an understanding with Church of Christ Development Company for mortgages up to $2.8 Million.  They are available to ANiC Churches (outside Ontario) .  A recent interest rate was 2.75 % for a 5 year term amortized over 20 years.
