Ministering to Northern B.C.

The Reverend Danielle Martell is Rector of Holy Cross Parish in Abbotsford in Southern B.C.  But this summer she travelled hundreds of kilometers north to the Burns Lake Area of B.C.  She visited one of our families that lives on a farm near Wistaria.  While there she held a Communion Service for the family and friends plus three people from the Bulkley River Project which is a considerable distance away.  The Bulkley Valley people often join in the Morning Prayer weekday Zooms at Holy Cross and utilize the Sunday Services by streaming.  All of this is a reminder of how big Canada is, how people value links with our Diocese, and how we can be creative in staying connected!
